Your files stay yours
You choose what comes over, and your files stay yours. Chicklee does not store, inspect, sell, train on, or claim ownership of the file contents you transfer.
Plain-language promise
The files you choose go directly from your Android phone to your Mac. Chicklee does not upload them to its servers.

You choose what comes over, and your files stay yours. Chicklee does not store, inspect, sell, train on, or claim ownership of the file contents you transfer.
Your selected files travel over the local connection between your Android phone and Mac. They do not make a stop in a Chicklee cloud service.
Before anything moves, check that both devices show the same pairing number. Chicklee then uses industry-standard TLS encryption while copying your selected files to the Mac. The transfer does not send file contents to Chicklee-operated systems or remove your Android originals.
Home Wi-Fi works well. Away from home, connect your Mac to your Android phone's password-protected hotspot. For sensitive files, skip public or shared Wi-Fi.
Android's file picker lets you choose one file or several. Chicklee receives access only to those selected files; it does not scan the rest of your phone or ask for broad storage access. You can browse folders in the picker, but Chicklee currently copies selected files rather than a whole folder in one step.
Chicklee copies files to your Mac. It does not delete files from your phone automatically. Before deleting anything from your Android phone, open the copied files on your Mac and confirm everything you need is there.
Chicklee is not built around advertising tracking.
Chicklee may create local receipts so you can see what was copied, skipped, renamed, or not completed.
